National Corporate Housing in Costa Mesa is seeking an Account Manager to manage the leasing of our fully furnished corporate apartments. You will build strong client relationships, navigate the full sales process from paperwork to close, and deliver exceptional service.

We offer a base salary with uncapped commissions, reflecting performance, and a dynamic sales environment with diverse inventory and growth opportunities. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in inside sales.
• High-energy, self-motivated approach.
• Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.
• Ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve.
• Respond to leads within 2 hours for best chance of success.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow your market by increasing unit count and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Drive profitability through pricing, lease negotiations, and securing new business.
• Generate leads through local marketing, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategies to exceed goals.
• Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests, ensuring client satisfaction and winning business.
• Act as liaison between clients, vendors, and property partners for seamless leases.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to strengthen partnerships and market growth.
