About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Account Manager with experience in the tech industry. This role focuses on ensuring client success and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities include leading discovery calls, collaborating on strategic sales initiatives, connecting clients with delivery teams, and driving revenue growth through account expansion.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and own the discovery call process to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  3. Identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
  5. Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and provide updates to clients.
  6. Drive client adoption by developing tailored strategies and sharing best practices.
  7. Manage account retention and renewal processes to minimize churn.
  8. Work closely with the sales team for seamless onboarding and account growth.
  9. Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  10. Resolve client escalations and improve internal processes.
  11. Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs and ensure positive experiences.
  12. Track KPIs like NPS, CSAT, and usage metrics to evaluate account health.
  13. Conduct business reviews to align on goals and demonstrate value.
  14. Align client objectives with InAir's growth strategies for mutual success.
  15. Manage key partner relationships and collaborate on joint initiatives.
  16. Provide feedback to internal teams based on partner insights.
  17. Maintain organized records of client and partner interactions.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or B2B Sales within the tech industry, preferably SaaS or managed services.
  2. Proven success in upselling within existing accounts.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, ClickUp).
  5. Experience with data platforms like Airtable.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
