About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Account Manager with experience in the tech industry. This role focuses on ensuring client success and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities include leading discovery calls, collaborating on strategic sales initiatives, connecting clients with delivery teams, and driving revenue growth through account expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the discovery call process to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and provide updates to clients.
- Drive client adoption by developing tailored strategies and sharing best practices.
- Manage account retention and renewal processes to minimize churn.
- Work closely with the sales team for seamless onboarding and account growth.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve client escalations and improve internal processes.
- Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs and ensure positive experiences.
- Track KPIs like NPS, CSAT, and usage metrics to evaluate account health.
- Conduct business reviews to align on goals and demonstrate value.
- Align client objectives with InAir's growth strategies for mutual success.
- Manage key partner relationships and collaborate on joint initiatives.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on partner insights.
- Maintain organized records of client and partner interactions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or B2B Sales within the tech industry, preferably SaaS or managed services.
- Proven success in upselling within existing accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, ClickUp).
- Experience with data platforms like Airtable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
