About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Account Manager with experience in the tech industry. This role focuses on ensuring client success and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities include leading discovery calls, collaborating on strategic sales initiatives, connecting clients with solution and delivery teams, and driving revenue growth through account expansion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and own the discovery call process to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  3. Identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Serve as the primary contact and strategic partner for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
  5. Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and provide updates to clients.
  6. Drive client adoption and success through tailored strategies and guidance.
  7. Manage account retention and renewal processes to minimize churn.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team for seamless transitions and growth opportunities.
  9. Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships.
  10. Resolve client escalations and partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
  11. Track KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and usage metrics to evaluate account health.
  12. Conduct business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and strengthen partnerships.
  13. Align client objectives with InAir's growth and sustainability goals.
  14. Manage key partner relationships and collaborate on co-marketing activities.
  15. Provide feedback to internal teams based on partner insights.
  16. Maintain organized records of all client interactions.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3 years in Account Management or B2B Sales within the tech industry (SaaS/subscription or managed services preferred).
  2. Success in identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, ClickUp).
  5. Experience with data management platforms like Airtable.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
