Job summary

Nancy Craney State Farm in Tucson, AZ seeks a motivated Account Manager to join our team. This sales-focused role connects with customers by phone, email, text, and in person, identifies needs, and recommends auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance solutions.

The right candidate will build relationships, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals while serving communities across Arizona. Arizona licenses are required or pursued after joining.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain the applicable Arizona insurance licenses.

What You’ll Do

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
