Nancy Craney State Farm is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Tucson-area team. This sales-focused role involves connecting with people, assessing their needs, and recommending auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance solutions to protect families and assets.

You’ll develop new business, follow up on leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline while delivering exceptional customer service in a community-driven agency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to overcome objections and confidently explain the value of insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Build strong relationships by asking thoughtful questions and learning about each customer’s needs.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Provide quotes and explain available auto, home, renters, life, business, and supplemental insurance options.
• Recommend appropriate products while following ethical sales practices and agency guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to help customers bundle policies and address potential coverage gaps.
• Conduct insurance reviews with existing customers and recommend updates when their needs change.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Meet individual and agency sales goals.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Work closely with other team members to provide a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training, marketing initiatives, and community events.
