Job summary

Nancy Craney State Farm is seeking an Account Acquisition Specialist to grow the agency by connecting with new customers and developing new business in Tucson, AZ. This full-time, in-office role offers a hybrid opportunity with strong earning potential and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, generating new business, building relationships, and presenting insurance options. Prior insurance experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and asking for the sale.
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus.
• Willing to obtain required insurance licenses.

• Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes and confidently present coverage options.
• Follow up consistently and work toward closing new accounts.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Maintain daily activity and sales goals.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working toward goals. Insurance experience is helpful but not required - we're willing to train the right person.
