Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member in Roswell, Georgia. Note: Candidates must reside in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, or South Carolina, as we are licensed only in these states.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas REQUIRED
• Must live in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, or South Carolina; remote work possible
• Current Property and Casualty license in these states REQUIRED
• Life and Health license in these states REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Position may require travel and irregular hours
