Kitterman State Farm is hiring an Insurance Account Manager – Customer Care in Rapid City, SD. You’ll build relationships with customers, help families understand and manage their coverage, and grow with a high-performing agency team.

We train the right candidate, even if you lack insurance experience, with a focus on strong communication and initiative. This role is not a call center; you’ll actively assist on coverage questions, billing, and claims, and pursue opportunities to protect

Insurance Account Manager – Customer Care

Starting Salary $50,000+ | Commission & Bonuses | 24 Paid Days Off | 5% Retirement Match

Kitterman State Farm is looking for a talented, motivated professional to join our Customer Care team in Rapid City.

This isn't a call-center customer service position. You'll build relationships with customers, help families understand and manage their insurance coverage, solve problems, identify additional needs, and become an important part of a high-performing agency team.

Insurance experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We're willing to train and invest in the right person who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, initiative, and a desire to build a career.

What You'll Do

Licensing

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position; however, previous insurance experience or an existing license is not required to apply. We will work with the right candidate to complete the necessary licensing and training.

Compensation

Starting guaranteed salary $50,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission and performance bonuses.
