Carl Dodge - State Farm Agent in Merrill, Wisconsin is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and grow our customer base. You will build strong relationships, conduct policy reviews, and help customers select appropriate insurance products.

You’ll work with a small team to deliver outstanding service, manage inquiries, and upsell relevant coverages. Training and development opportunities, plus a supportive, growth-oriented environment, await the right candidate.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as an agent team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a strong foundation for building an agency of my own. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay and earned my master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.

Outside of work, I’m married with two kids, and sports (especially football), are a big part of our family. I coach middle school football as well as flag football for younger kids, which gives me another opportunity to mentor, teach, and help others develop.

As a newer agency, we’re excited to become more involved in the community as we grow. We recently joined the local Chamber of Commerce and look forward to building relationships and finding additional ways to support the community we serve.
