Job summary

Barry Collins - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. You help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and office departments, while proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You will develop relationships, review policies, resolve complex issues, and sell to both cold and warm leads to support growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of four. I worked at another company in the insurance industry before becoming a State Farm agent, gaining valuable experience that helped prepare me for agency ownership. Outside of work, I'm married with three daughters, and outside of work, I enjoy fishing, golfing, and spending time with family.

Giving back is important to our agency. We proudly support local food pantries, school backpack programs, and Little League teams. I'm also a member of the Archdale-Trinity Chamber of Commerce and enjoy staying involved in our community.
