Job summary

Shannon Reed - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success in West Virginia. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between client needs and office teams.

You will promote relevant insurance products, improve client outcomes, and contribute to a positive, coachable, and team‑oriented work environment.
