Qualifications

  • 2+ years of staffing agency sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Proven success building and expanding client relationships within a fast-paced staffing environment.
  • Strong client-facing, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience working with recruiting teams to deliver talent solutions.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle, working with clients to understand workforce needs and expand business.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support continuous expansion.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and client performance metrics to ensure service excellence.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions efficiently and communicate client requirements to recruiting teams.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you will own the full sales lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their workforce needs while identifying opportunities to expand business and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive account growth by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margin within assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and business objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that support client growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including pre-sales support, post-placement follow-up, and ongoing account management.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support continued business expansion.
  • Monitor and manage SLAs, KPIs, and client performance metrics to ensure service excellence.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to communicate client requirements and ensure successful candidate delivery.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with experience tracking performance metrics and reporting results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting clients within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Knowledge of workforce solutions, contingent staffing, and recruiting operations.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing service-level agreements (SLAs).
