Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking an Account Manager for specialty chemicals. You will own and grow a defined sales territory, pursuing new business while coordinating with leadership to achieve revenue, margin, and customer retention goals.

You will provide hands-on technical support, design customer programs, and collaborate with operations to ensure product availability. The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and a proven sales background in chemical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales or related technical experience preferred.
• Experience in the Fuel Ethanol Production industry is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined sales territory with a focus on new business development and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with sales leadership to hit revenue, margin and retention goals.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to customers, with solution-based recommendations.
