You will prepare quotes, handle orders, and foster strong client relationships to ensure service excellence.

You will collaborate with management to plan objectives, monitor production, and assist in networking events while delivering accurate billing support and quality control collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3–5 years construction industry experience preferred.
• Excellent people skills and customer-focused philosophy.
• Must communicate effectively with people at all operations levels.
• Experience in budget and goal preparation, contract negotiation, and program development.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate customer quotes based on our pricing matrix and explain offerings clearly.
• Place orders and monitor production and delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to increase activity and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to plan objectives, coordinate operations, and set procedures.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
