The Reserves Network is a leading staffing provider with offices nationwide. We are seeking a Recruiter (Account Manager) to service clients, employees and applicants, building a strong pipeline and delivering top talent.

This role requires traveling to both Hillsboro and Chillicothe locations. You will screen, interview, and place candidates across clerical, light industrial and professional roles while ensuring compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience preferred.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to learn staffing and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of candidates for clerical, light industrial, and professional roles.
• Recruit, screen, interview and hire candidates to fill client needs.
• Conduct skills tests, background checks, and drug screens.
• Market candidates to clients and promote staffing services.
• Ensure compliance and adapt to fast-paced, changing priorities.
