Job summary

The Reserves Network in Savannah, GA is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (Account Manager) to service our clients, employees and applicants. You will build a pipeline of candidates for clerical, light industrial and professional roles, leveraging sourcing strategies and candidate marketing.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of candidates for clerical, light industrial and professional roles.
• Recruit, screen, interview and hire candidates.
• Conduct skills tests, background checks and drug screens.
• Must be able to work with large volumes of candidates in blue and white collar categories and with the public.
• Market candidates to clients and sell staffing services.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory items are met within the hiring process.
• Operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities.
