Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Account Manager for Resident Screening to guide clients through onboarding and integration, while building strong relationships with mid to large accounts. You will advise on features, best practices, and operational strategy, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize client outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, effective communication, and independent problem-solving to drive client success in a dynamic real estate technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of customer support or account management experience, preferably in software or real estate.
• Ability to independently resolve general software issues and client requests.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration of Resident Screening products for clients.
• Build strong relationships with mid to large accounts and advise on features and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and act as liaison between clients and Yardi.
• Analyze client needs and trends to identify optimization opportunities.
