Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. The role includes handling deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining showroom standards and company vehicles.

The position emphasizes building customer relationships, generating new rental agreements, and adhering to RAC safety and operating guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
