Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to supervise an assigned portfolio, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. Responsibilities include deliveries, pickups, collections, and generating new rental agreements, with a focus on building relationships and maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
