AlphaGraphics Knox Street in North Dallas is seeking a Print & Bindery Production Manager to lead multiple print projects, manage bindery and digital printing workflows, and keep production on schedule.

This full-time on-site role requires 5+ years in printing and at least 3 years in management, strong communication, organization, and team leadership. You will coordinate with Pre-press, Press, Bindery, and Quality teams and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Printing Industry.
• Minimum 3 years in Management.
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full understanding of digital printing and bindery.
• Maintain and order supplies for print and bindery departments.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Define and coordinate print production schedules.
• Liaise among Pre-press, Press, Bindery, Quality, and other departments.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute successfully.
• Provide creative solutions to production issues.
• Be a team player; meet project demands and deadlines.
• Responsible for monthly performance analysis.
• Work in digital print and bindery as needed.

AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Print & Bindery Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Management of multiple projects simultaneously
