Job summary

Tag is seeking an Account Manager, Creative Services to work with clients and staff to oversee briefs from start to finish and manage projects within time, scope and budget. Print experience is an absolute must and you will coordinate with design, editorial and production partners to ensure top quality delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, quote jobs accurately, manage financial targets, and forecast workloads while resolving issues and optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Account Management or Client Management role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Sociology or equivalent.
• Understand production processes and the essentials of a good brief.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Be highly organized, detail oriented and multitask.
• Experience with project management applications.
• Understanding of job-tracking systems such as Workfront or Aprimo.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs from start to completion, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Manage the client relationship, assess needs, make recommendations and manage budget and timeline.
• Serve as the central conduit for all project communication and status updates.
• Coordinate with design, editorial, production partners and external vendors to oversee delivery.
• Use creativity to solve client communication challenges and improve productivity.
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in workflow and asset management systems.
• Ensure designs are brand-accurate and meet high quality standards.
• Quote all jobs accurately and keep clients updated on costs; invoice on final delivery.
• Be accountable for overall financial performance of projects against budget; assist budgeting.
• Forecast workload and analyze monthly performance against targets.
