Job summary

Medix Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Account Management Support Specialist to assist with client benefit plan design and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate with PBMs, TPAs, and ancillary vendors to support contracted services.

In this role, you will help manage RFPs, prepare presentations, and keep client data in Salesforce up to date. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and apply PBM and Rx benefit design knowledge to support account

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, benefit plan design, or a related support role.
• PBM knowledge including formulary management and Rx benefit design.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Management team in supporting client benefit plan design and client relationships.
• Support external vendor partners (PBMs, TPAs, and ancillary programs).
• Help manage RFP/procurement and market-check processes for assigned accounts.
• Assist with PBM contract reviews and documentation.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings and prepare presentations/project updates.
• Maintain client information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Apply knowledge of formulary management, drug utilization management, Rx contracts, RFP processes, and Rx benefit design.
