FARO CREAFORM is seeking an Account Manager to serve major accounts from a home office in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC or Charlotte, NC area. You will leverage your sales acumen to grow a diverse portfolio of metrology solutions including hardware, software, and automation.

You will manage long-term relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and drive opportunities across the lifecycle, with the potential to earn a total compensation package depending on performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or a technical field.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in manufacturing/tech environments.
• Strong interest in technology and learning about technical products.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate FARO Creaform technology to customers and prospects.
• Participate in trade shows, events and sales meetings.
• Maintain follow-up on opportunities using CRM to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Identify customer needs and communicate requirements for quotes.
• Provide technical support and regular follow-ups during evaluations.
• Report progress and forecast sales in weekly reviews.
• Develop a network of contacts within the territory in collaboration with Sales Manager.
• Manage existing customers through the product lifecycle and identify new opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
