Job summary

FARO CREAFORM is seeking a US-based Account Manager to drive long-term growth across hardware, software, and automated solutions. The role is remote, home-office based, ideally in the Phoenix, AZ area, with total compensation between $144,000 and $200,000.

You will leverage business acumen and strategic sales expertise to consult with major accounts, build a large client network, and coordinate with internal partners to secure opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in manufacturing/tech.
• Strong interest in high technology and learning new products.
• Experience in a technical field, sales or customer support.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving eligibility.
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate FARO Creaform technology to customers.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and sales meetings.
• Follow up on opportunities via email and phone; use CRM to shorten the sales cycle.
• Identify customer needs for quotes.
• Provide technical support and follow-ups during evaluation.
• Report progress weekly and contribute to forecast reviews.
• Develop a network of contacts within the territory with the team.
• Manage existing customers through the product life cycle and identify further opportunities.
• Protect margins by adding value and controlling travel.
