Qualifications

• Be fluent on computers (Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer functions).
• Be able to type.
• Exhibit good phone skills for contact with customers and carriers.
• Have strong problem-solving skills.
• Academic degree is preferable, but not required.
• 5 years of LTL experience.
