Job summary

Wallace Finance is seeking an Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service and assist with loan payments and processing. The role supports branch operations across multiple states and offers opportunities for bonus earnings.

You will interact with customers in person or by phone, help with loan documents, and maintain positive relationships while guiding clients through the loan lifecycle. Occasional travel may be required; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone to answer questions or accept loan payments.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep customers updated on loan status.
• Contact customers to help them catch up on overdue payments.
• Partner with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.
