Staffmark Group in Lewisburg, TN is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and manage projects from initiation to completion. You will prepare quotes, review pricing, coordinate field checks, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure on-time, within-budget results.

Ideal candidates have experience in account management or project coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotes.
• Review pricing to ensure company guidelines and profitability goals are met.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and installers when needed.
• Coordinate field checks between installers and job supervisors.
• Re-price projects based on field check findings.
• Schedule and coordinate installations while communicating timelines to customers.
• Provide project status updates to customers and corporate offices.
• Update customer portals and websites with project information.
• Monitor jobs to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget.
• Support sales and markup objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional business with existing accounts.
• Maintain a professional and positive company image with internal and external customers.
