Job summary

GRF is seeking an Account Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role can be based out of Century City, CA or Encino, CA and will oversee day-to-day finances for assigned clients while supervising a staff of bookkeepers.

The position requires strong accounting knowledge, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload. Experience with AgilLink and Excel is highly preferred; base pay ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 with potential bonuses and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client services or business management role.
• 4+ years in a similar role in business management and/or touring.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner, disseminating client information internally as appropriate.
• Coordinate workflow of bookkeeping team and review work of bookkeepers (AP/AR, cash receipts, journal entries, general ledger, payroll, and financial statements).
• Manage cash by reviewing bank balances and transfers; monitor credit card activity for fraud alerts.
• Assist with client contracts, royalties processing, and prepared financial schedules; support 1099s and quarterly filings.
