Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC. seeks an Account Manager to manage client accounts, serving as the primary contact and ensuring satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on building relationships, addressing client needs, and driving value across projects in landscaping and décor installations.

The AM will identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and conduct client meetings while maintaining detailed records in CRM and contributing to a high-performing sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
• Minimum 5 years landscaping experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or horticulture preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 and online sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with account contacts to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Identify growth opportunities through upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and goals.
• Design and execute solutions to resolve client issues to completion.
• Lead meetings with decision makers to qualify opportunities and drive value.
• Update CRM daily to document activity and pipeline status.
• Participate in pipeline reviews and training sessions.
