Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking a proactive customer success/account manager to help clients achieve their goals and address their needs across services. This position is part of a national leader in service of process with offices across the US.

The role emphasizes building relationships, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client adoption and retention, and meeting sales goals with current and new customers. Strong communication and SaaS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer support and/or account management.
• Track record of increasing client satisfaction, adoption and retention.
• Understanding of the account management journey.
• Experience with agile processes and development-ready stories.
• Prior experience with SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
