Favorites Promo & Apparel is seeking an Account Manager / Inside Sales Support Specialist to support the sales process from order intake through fulfillment while maintaining strong client relationships. You will coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and drive repeat business.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact with clear, timely communication.
• Support sales with order processing, quoting, and project coordination.
• Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with design and production to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Review orders and artwork for completeness and alignment.
• Track project timelines and meet deadlines.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and responsively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and updates.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand client accounts.
