FedEx is seeking a sales professional to maintain and strengthen relationships with small and medium-sized customers, primarily in the Memphis area. The role involves daily interaction with your assigned territory via digital platforms and a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze customer needs, develop value propositions, and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Hybrid work: in-office Monday–Thursday, remote Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR four years of business-to-business sales experience OR one year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

Responsabilités

• Maintains existing business by understanding the customer's business and supply chain, analyzing needs, and developing solutions.
• Collaborates with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Regularly engages with customers to maximize understanding of offerings and utilization of products and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
