Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in the property management industry preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to retain and grow accounts.
• Experience in project management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Drive client adoption and usage to achieve revenue goals.
• Analyze customer usage metrics to identify improvements.
• Participate in periodic client business reviews.
• Report account status to management weekly.
