Qualifications

• Native English (C2) proficiency for confident communication with parents.
• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales & customer success from the first consultation to long‑term support.
• Advise parents and students, recommend learning solutions and tutors.
• Generate deals and close contracts with families.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to improve the learning experience.
