Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a remote Sales & Client Success specialist to own the end-to-end process from inquiry to booking. You will respond to inbound leads, perform outreach, and nurture relationships with families, schools, and partners.

In this fully remote role, you will coordinate private lessons and programs, maintain client records, and manage follow-ups in Google Workspace. Excellent English and a proven ability to close opportunities are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience with ability to close and handle objections.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) with clear, professional communication.
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls and client interactions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Professional, personable, and able to represent the brand at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from initial inquiry through booking and conversion.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and leads.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions and revenue.
• Conduct outreach to schools, community organizations, and potential partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Reconnect with past clients and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Educate prospects on our services and confidently recommend the best programs for their needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through booking.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, schools, and community partners.
• Address questions and concerns professionally and proactively.
• Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
• Coordinate bookings for private lessons, birthday parties, studio rentals, and programs.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity tracking.
• Manage follow-up schedules and outreach pipelines.
• Ensure all bookings and client information are entered correctly into company systems.
