Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes; drive account performance.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups; maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
