• Solicit freight quotations for Spot and Contract markets.
• Manage carrier data and negotiate freight contracts.
• Schedule and manage pickup and deliveries of shipments.
• Maintain communication with carriers and customers.
• Dispatch drivers according to procedures.
• Update information in operating systems and track shipments.
• Coordinate daily carrier activities with operations team.
• Look for improvement opportunities in operations.
