The Account Manager will manage assigned customer relationships, focus on growth opportunities, coordinate with preferred vendors and support pricing and purchasing activities to maximize revenue and customer value.

Qualifications

• 4 years business, sales, marketing or trade degree or the equivalent in related work experience.
• Experience with contract negotiation and presenting to large groups.
• English reading, writing and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds sales goals and targets.
• Penetrates and grows current and prospect accounts with cross-sell opportunities.
• Manages daily outreach in a structured account planning environment.
• Identifies opportunities aligned to strategies and capabilities.
• Prospects and converts new opportunities by engaging influencers and positioning against competitors.
• Coordinates with pricing, purchasing, and support to optimize margin and service.
• Keeps current with product offerings, value advantages, and competitive landscape.
• Provides timely follow-up on technical inquiries and requests, including after hours as needed.
• Directs marketing tools and vendor resources to support a coordinated sales strategy.
