Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of merchants enrolled in the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) program. This onsite role requires coordinating inventory planning and product optimization to maximize FBT usage, while serving as the primary operational contact for merchants.

You will analyze merchant performance and drive improvement plans through monthly and quarterly business reviews, leveraging strong Excel and BI dashboard capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or e-commerce marketplace.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with BI dashboards.
• BA/BS or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and act as their primary operational point of contact for the FBT program.
• Partner with merchants on inventory planning and product optimization to maximize FBT usage.
• Analyze merchant performance and execute improvement plans via monthly & quarterly business reviews.
