The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, have 3–5 years in account management (or 5+ in insurance), and possess strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure no errors or omissions.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team and maintain data accuracy in systems.
• Renewals, billing, and coverage analysis; monitor expirations and renewals.
