The role requires active P&C licensing, 3–5 years in account management, and CIC or equivalent is a plus. You will coordinate administrative tasks, analyze coverage needs, and partner with customers to deliver proactive service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms for data accuracy.
• Monitor policy expirations, renewals, and billing processes.
• Lead the account management team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
