Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain clients, and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day administration, handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Hybrid or fully remote option: one day in NY offices or remote for Eastern/Central Time Zone applicants. Requires active P&C license; CIC preferred.

Qualifications

• Active property & casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Professional designation CIC or equivalent is preferred.
• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.
