Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a book of business with a focus on retention, renewals, and service excellence. Hybrid work is offered with optional remote arrangements, and in-person work may be required in certain circumstances.

You will lead day-to-day client service, coordinate policy administration, billing, and claims handling, while collaborating with the account team to analyze coverage options and present proposals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
