Job summary

The Jay Group Inc is seeking an Account Manager for our Corporate Office in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong account management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will support client projects, inbound receipts, order fulfillment, and returns processing while building durable relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience managing projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships internally and externally to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Assists in project execution by setting up and implementing client projects and quality control.
• Supports small accounts as assigned and acts as the primary contact to meet client requirements.
• Performs order and transaction entry, manages held/back orders and changes in status.
• Provides regular reports to facilities and ensures timely, accurate billing.
• Participates in CST meetings and acts as back-up for team members as needed.
