Qualifications

3+ years of client relationship management experience in janitorial or facilities services.
Proven ability to lead teams and improve service delivery.
Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Own the client relationship across assigned properties.
Drive operational excellence and oversee quality control.
