Job summary

Buildingstars in Dallas/Richardson is seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop and maintain client relationships, driving brand loyalty and meeting KPI goals. You will be the primary liaison for client needs, coordinate new accounts, and upsell services across our franchise network.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a proven background in account management, sales, or customer service, with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requests.
• Building and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIs.
• Engaging with customers on-site on a daily basis.
• Providing coaching and support to our franchise owners for business development.
• Coordinating the start-up of new accounts.
• Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
