White Cap, a leading distributor for professional contractors, is hiring an Account Manager in Louisville, KY. The role emphasizes building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service for formwork and shoring products.

Responsibilities include lead generation, account planning, pricing, and coordinating with sales and project teams to close opportunities, while maintaining product knowledge and accuracy in billing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a customer support or inside sales role within construction supply or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and vendors.
• Ability to learn pricing structures and use CRM tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service for Sales and Rental products using Abacus.
• Weekly schedule planning with Sales Manager.
• Develop knowledge of Jobsite Formwork products and pricing.
• Qualify leads and manage prospects through CRM.
• Maintain accounts receivable and assist with billing from start to finish.
