About the Role

FORVIA HELLA, a global automotive supplier and a subsidiary of the FORVIA Group, is seeking an Account Manager to partner with J/K OEM customers to secure lighting program awards and drive profitable growth.

Daily Responsibilities

• Support external and internal lighting products for customers.
• Partner with program management to define customer strategy for assigned product groups.
• Maintain a strong customer network; identify customers’ needs, align with FORVIA HELLA strategy, and coordinate program functions.
• Lead acquisitions and ensure profitable account growth, covering new program and change‑management stages.
• Plan and execute pricing and reimbursements for projects, and proactively trigger actions to address deviations from budget.
• Conduct problem‑solving to mitigate issues that arise during the design process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in a similar role within the automotive lighting industry.
• Experience working with J/K OEM customers and an established customer network.
• Open‑minded personality, approachable, and able to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong interest in selling highly innovative and complex products.
• Japanese or Korean language skills are preferred but not required.
