Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and Producer.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Coordinate tasks across Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and Account Associate.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
