Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in insurance client service, active P&C license, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
